Training HR BES Group “Designing Organizational Architecture”
Tangerang, July 18–19, 2025 – Bangun Era Sejahtera Group (BES Group) successfully held a human resources training session titled “Designing Organizational Architecture.” This training is part of the company’s strategic initiative to enhance managerial capabilities and implement a competency-based HR system across all levels of the organization.

🎯 Objectives of Human Resources Training
This program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of modern, efficient, and adaptive organizational architecture, as well as to equip participants with practical skills in job analysis, job grading, and competency-based HR systems.
Day One – Competency Foundations and Job Analysis
- The Essential of Job Analysis
Participants learn the basic principles of systematically analyzing jobs as the foundation of HR managemen - Understanding Competency Model & Dictionary Matrix
This module discusses the importance of competency models in aligning individual performance with organizational goals, as well as the creation of competency dictionaries. - Understanding Competency Assessment Method
Introduced Various methods for assessing employee competencies, both qualitative and quantitative.
Day Two – Job Evaluation and Job Grading Design
- Fundamentals of Job Evaluation.
Explains how to evaluate job weight based on responsibilities, risks, and job complexity. - Designing Job Grading.
This session guides participants in developing a fair, structured grading system that supports transparent career paths.

The two days of training also included workshop activities, where participants had the opportunity to directly apply the material learned through case studies and real-world work simulations. This encouraged active learning and strengthened participants' understanding of strategic HR concepts.
As part of our ongoing commitment, following a two-day intensive training session, participants also gain access to an exclusive five-week coaching program, held every Saturday. These sessions are led directly by facilitators and aim to:
