This program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of modern, efficient, and adaptive organizational architecture, as well as to equip participants with practical skills in job analysis, job grading, and competency-based HR systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Day Two \u2013 Job Evaluation and Job Grading Design<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Explains how to evaluate job weight based on responsibilities, risks, and job complexity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Designing Job Grading.<\/strong>
      This session guides participants in developing a fair, structured grading system that supports transparent career paths.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
